Elon Musk gearing up for WAR with Ashley St. Clair as he refuses to resolve custody and support ‘amicably’
The MAGA influencer who says she had Elon Musk‘s 13th baby has claimed he is gearing up for war against her.
Ashley St. Clair alleges in legal papers that the Tesla founder ‘no longer wishes to resolve issues of custody and support amicably’ regarding their five-month-old son.
St. Clair claims Musk’s lawyers have been ‘non-responsive’ and so is asking a judge to let her send legal documents to him via email.
In court filings she says that it would be ‘impractical’ to have somebody go in person to give the files to Musk, who is currently slashing government spending through the Trump-approved Department of Government Efficiency.
She claims that he spends much of his time in or around the White House and his 24/7 security means her legal team would never be able to reach him.
But in a dramatic attack, St. Clair says Musk has a history of dodging legal paperwork from the mothers of his children to cause them ‘unnecessary distress’.
She points out that Grimes, who has three children with Musk, even had to track his private jet to serve him with legal papers in the past.
The latest salvo comes after St. Clair, 26, sued Musk in New York Supreme Court for the sole custody of their son in a case that has sent shockwaves through Trump’s inner circle.

She claims that the two got together in St Barts in the Caribbean in January last year and had sex twice, leading to the conception of the child who was born in September.
In the filing, St. Clair’s lawyer Karen Rosenthal says that serving Musk with legal papers, an essential step to getting the lawsuit going, would be ‘impossible’ given he is ‘one of the most famous people in the world and is surrounded by security 24/7.’
The filing lists an address for Musk near Austin, Texas, but it is ‘unknown’ how often he is actually there as he ‘constantly travels throughout the United States and the world, and his schedule varies significantly day to day and week to week‘.
The filing states: ‘For example, he spends much of his time upon information and belief, at The Blair House in Washington D.C., and has an office in the White House, which needless to say has such a high level of security a process server would never be able to gain access to serve Respondent (Musk) personally even if attempts were to be made.
‘This is something that Respondent knows quite well and uses to his advantage in his other litigations.
‘Because Respondent is one of the most famous public figures in the world, details of his personal life, such as his romantic relationships and his children are reported on in the news, publications, and other media platforms.
‘It is well known that Respondent has a number of children. It is also well known that he has avoided personal service from the other mothers of his children, prolonging litigation and causing unnecessary distress’
The filing links to a news story about the extraordinary lengths Grimes, aka Claire Boucher, had to go to serve him legal papers in 2023 while seeking custody of the three children they share.

Boucher had process servers, or agents hired by lawyers to serve paperwork, go to four different addresses including the head office of Musk’s social media company X in San Francisco, Tesla’s Gigafactory Texas, and SpaceX’s launch site in Boca Chica, Texas.
They also tracked his jet for four days because he used it so often it seemed like how regular people use an Uber, Boucher’s lawyers said.
The fact that Musk’s security guards have recently been deputized by the US Marshals Service makes serving him personally even harder, it is claimed.
In her filing St Clair’s lawyers says that Musk’s attorney has been ‘non-responsive’ to her requests to ‘resolve this matter privately.’
They write: ‘Respondent has indicated that he no longer wishes to resolve issues of custody and support amicably’.
DailyMail.com has contacted Musk’s lawyers for comment.
In her original petition St. Clair said that Musk, 53, has only met their boy three times and was not present for the birth.
She announced the baby in a post on the evening of Valentine’s day, saying: ‘Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father.

St. Clair made the allegations about Musk being the father of her child on Valentines Day
‘I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause.
‘I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child’s privacy, and refrain from invasive reporting.’
Soon after the announcement, Musk penned a cryptic post to X in reply to a fan who said making ‘another baby’ was yet another of Musk’s ‘side quests’. Musk reacted with crying laughing emoji.
Musk has also amplified remarks from fellow MAGA influencer Isabella Moody, who shared a series of messages purportedly between her and St. Clair in which Musk’s new baby mama appears to discuss seducing the billionaire.
‘I wasn’t going to post these, but now that Ashley St. Clair has leaked her private signal messages with Elon Musk after lying and saying she ‘wanted privacy’, here’s more evidence Ashely planned to baby trap Elon,’ Moody wrote.
‘She sent me these text messages in May 2023 when she first met Elon and started sleeping with him.’
Musk responded to the alleged revelation, writing: ‘Woah!’
‘Elon followed me. I need his rocket babies,’ messages purportedly from St. Clair read.
